The Remote Diagnostics Technology (RDT) is a mobile device app that connects a user to a call center that diagnoses a mobile device and provides solutions for all varying degrees of mobile device trouble. If the user finds a problem with their device, this software allows you to determine how serious the problem is and offers solutions, so the user never has to visit a store and pay for repairs unless absolutely necessary. It also prevents returns of NTF devices, insurance fraud and other value added services to processing centers.
